Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Truly terrible estate agents.

Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.

I have used multiple estate agents in Harpenden and have to say Strutt and Parker are a class above the rest! You don't get any of the usual empty promises just great advice and straight answers. Sally Noakes and Sally Hawthorne went above and beyond on a very tricky sale, not only making sure everything was completed the moment it was requested but even worked after hours to make things happen. Highly recommend, the only agents i will use going forward!!
