Dealing with estate agents is never be something I would expect to be entirely positive, but Sally and her wonderful team at Harpenden Strutt and Parker defied all my expectations. We asked three local agents to come and assess my mother's house and from the outset it was clear Sally was the most professional knowledgeable and friendly agent. From the day we instructed her she was proactive in her marketing; communication was clear and up to date, and all her team treated every viewing with efficiency and respect. Her invaluable information regarding solicitors helped the process from sale agreement to exchange run smoothly and quickly. My brother and I recently enlisted the services of Strutt & Parker to market and sell our family home. This was a probate sale and thus was littered with regulatory and administrative complexities, as well as being a very emotional experience for us following the untimely passing of our parents. From our first meeting, we knew Strutt & Parker were the people for the job; they appreciated the spirit of the house, the weight of its history, and what it meant to us to ensure the right buyer was found. Michelle, Sally and the team were extremely personable, professional and teeming with local market expertise; we knew we were in very safe hands from the off!
