GoogleI let my property through Space beginning last year during lockdown, prior to this I managed the property myself. While I had always struggled to find a tenant quickly, Space found a tenant within days. They dealt with the initial queries from my new tenant quickly with little required from me, and I haven't heard from him since. Very happy landlord!

GoogleThey were super helpful and patient when I had issues getting my old landlord to give me a reference. They let me carry on with the rental process/forms and were great at explaining anything I didn’t understand. Definitely one of the best estate agents I’ve ever had to rent through, and their office is super easy to find. Would happily rent via them again!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

FacebookI have never experienced a more incompetent group of individuals in my life- you would think poorly qualified candidates was specified in the job description to work there. I would never go out of my way to write a negative review, but please, to anyone thinking of going with Space, save yourself the money, hassle and time. They will do anything to keep your deposit and not reply to any emails when you enquire.

FacebookAlthough they lure you in with a nice office and initially friendly staff. They are trying to charge £254 for cleaning an oven and skirting board. Actual joke!! To top it off i sent them a quote which stated the work was worth £77. Avoid this firm.
