Don't deserve any stars. Treat tenants as rubbish. No hot water for 2 months for tenant. No parking permits. Slow to respond to any fault, don't bother visiting tenants. No local tradesman support. Keep changing contacts

utterly rubbish. charged £600 in total for the service and didn't bother to do the important task of submitting my mortgage application. Ignored requests from solicitors and the advisor still hasn't even acknowledged he failed to do his job.

Southampton Lettings Team managed to return our deposit to the landlord by mistake instead of us and now says we have to wait until the landlord returns it. Unbelievable. Suggest you use another firm. Dishonest or incompetent

Constant Lies. Throughout every process I was lied to, they are more focused on selling extra life insurance than your mortgage. I would never use them again for a mortgage adviser or buying a house.
