TrustpilotCant get the address right on a tenancy agreement
Just had a tenant give me notice, Saying the agreement has the wrong address on it so she is not bound buy it.Hundreds in fees and they cant even get the address right on the agreement. No doubt they will say I should have checked it. but if you cant get something that basic correct its probably best to do what I am going to do and go to a different agent when this tenant has left.

Manager of Torpoint branch has harassed and belittled my vulnerable Mum who lives alone. Despite cancelling her contract she was daily contacted nearly daily and has now been told she has to still pay him commission if she sells with another company.

TrustpilotBe careful with your deposit if your renting.
It was complicated for me to get my deposit back, it took 7 months, a lot of emails and phone calls. I recommend you to be careful with that, and to use the protection if you can (which only lasts 3 months). Some employees of the companies are very nice and helpful though.
