Could not fault the team at Hamilton Piers, especially Hedley and Sarah. At the initial stages Hedley really helped communicate with the seller to secure the sale. Then throughout the sale process Sarah was very much involved to keep the sale moving forward daily. Without her moving house would have been alot more stressful !

Not happy and would not recommend. Lost a deal very close to asking price and then they made us feel like it was our fault and from next time they would show us the house but behave very biased. So we stopped using them. First thing we would see when any house would come in the market was who was it with. If it were Hamiltons we didn’t even see them and difficulty was that most houses were with them in the area. Anyhow we have secured our house stress free but the delay could easily have been avoided if they weren’t the way they are. And speaking to others after this experience, we were pleased to know we weren’t the only….

I have to say that Hamilton Piers weren’t even our estate agent but our vendors. Our chain took 7 months in the end to complete during Covid and it the chain broke 2 times. Sarah at Hamilton Piers hands down helped to keep this chain together and really went above and beyond to help us all move into the homes we dreamt off. Our forever home! We have 2 young girls and were very stressed at times during the sell and purchase. She was professional and amazing. There are some other well known agents that were part of the chain (naming none) and I felt they were very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Mainly the younger employees and it felt once they had you on their books they just let the process happen and didn’t really follow through. Hamilton Piers didn’t let that happen and employ someone to just look after progression and I can honestly say if we are to ever sell again they is a priority now for us. Always ask the agents if they have a dedicated person to do this as it massively helps. Thanks again Sarah, we have now moved into our dream home in Galleywood Road. ❤️

Quick feedback on viewings and a keenness to chase for information. Sarah handled this after we were sold subject to contract. This was carried out in such a professional proactive way. I have never dealt with an estate agent that offers this level of service and keenness to make sure everything works as it should, when it should.
