I cannot recommend Hamilton Piers enough. All of the staff I had dealings with were extremely polite professional and friendly at all times. They were always contactable and if not available would always return calls and reply to emails. I would like to say a particular thank you to Roxanne and Sarah at the Chelmsford branch, who were both really lovely people to deal with, and helped keep me almost sane throughout the very stressful process! A great experience from start to finish with Hamilton Piers. Tom, Toby and Hedley were excellent. Selling a house can be stressful and not knowing what’s going on makes it even more stressful. That’s not an issue with these guys, they are pro active and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication is key and these guys nailed it. Very easy to deal with, not pushy and listened to us. Exactly the same with Sarah in sales progression. Listened to us and kept us informed whenever there was an update or even if there wasn’t. Would recommend without hesitation, thanks to the whole team at Hamilton Piers!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Hamilton Piers Chelmsford office. In particular Tom who did the valuation and Toby & Roxanne, who secured the sale. I recently purchased a house via Hamilton Piers (Chelmsford) and from someone who is a bit skeptical about Estate Agents in general I must say the experience was spot on. Roxanne originally showed us around and let us look at our leisure, without all the usual pushy sales tactics, and simply just answered any questions we had. Roxanne then also arranged a second viewing with us at short notice at the times we wanted. We felt Roxanne was down to earth and easy to deal with, without be “salesy”. After my offer was accepted, I was handed over to Sarah in Sales Progression. Sarah was friendly from the outset and kept me up to date throughout the journey, not just with my progress but also that of other people in the chain. With what could have been a major hiccup towards the end, Sarah managed to communicate between me and the vendor to ensure the sale went through within the timeframe we needed. An Estate Agents as it should be done. Would recommend and use again in the future.

The team were incredible from the sale of our house to the purchase of our dream home! Naturally the moving process is long but Hamilton Piers were consistently in contact with regular updates and reassurance on all aspects. The sales progression team are a unique link between customer, solicitors and the chain which gives great clarity and insight to how things are progressing. They take all the stress out of the situation with updates, information and are constantly chasing enquiries. Hamilton Piers were fabulous helping us sell our property. Toby at Springfield kept us informed of viewings and gave feedback each time. They sold our house within the week for above the asking price only to have the buyers drop out because of sudden redundancy. We’ve just accepted an offer on our property over asking price! From the moment I met Jade when she valued our property I knew these were the agents I wanted to go with. We recently purchased our new home through Hamilton Piers in Great Notley. Arranging viewings and getting our offer accepted was quick and efficient. Throughout the process our Sales Progression Manager, Sarah kept us up to date and informed on what was happening with our purchase. Sarah dealt promptly with all our enquiries with the vendors, their solicitors and our solicitors. On completion we received our call to collect the keys early than expected and were provided with a welcome box full of discount codes that have come in very useful with purchasing items for our new home. Would highly recommend these agents and they certainly get 5 stars from us.

We bought through Hamilton Piers and they were amazing. Anna in the office is a delight, she was a real ray of sunshine. Sarah was our progress manager and she was completely fabulous. Our first buyer dropped out at exchange and Sarah kept us on track and got our sellers on board to give us time to find a new buyer. Sarah understood how much our new home mattered to us and we really felt her holding our hands right up to us moving in. This agency is far above any of the "bigger nationals", if you want a really personal service and to feel valued as a seller or buyer then use them.

Appointed the team to sell my flat in Chelmsford. From the outset, the team were very helpful, efficient and professional. Our first time buying a property has been made a really enjoyable experience because of Hamilton Piers. We have spoken with a few different agents in the team + each one of them has been super lovely, and really knowledgable with our questions. The level of service we received from the initial enquiry + viewing compared to other estate agents we were in talks with, really did speak volumes! You can tell they pride themselves on being a family-run independent business (which we love to see!).
