GoogleAbsolutely excellent service from initial visit to final completion. Communication excellent regarding viewings which they dealt with on our behalf. Once sale price agreed, the sales progression department stepped up and worked tirelessly, liaising almost daily with all parties to get the deal done. Would highly recommend.

GoogleSarah in sales progression team was amazing. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Great communication always there to help and answer any questions. She was actively chasing all parties to move the process along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Can’t rate her highly enough, she made this whole process much easier for us as first time buyers.

GoogleNever have we used such a professional estate agents. My fathers sale was quick and painless thanks to Laurie and his staff. Especially Emma who chased solicitors and buyers continuously and phoned weekly with up-dates. If everyone used Hamilton Piers there would be a lot less stressed people around!

GoogleSarah from Hamilton Piers was awesome, with this being our first house purchase Sarah helped us through the whole process and chased the entire chain to make sure everything was pushed through in time to make the stamp duty deadline. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe used the Team in the Chelmsford office for the sale or our old home and purchase of our new home. The team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to take great photos, kept us updated on the sale and the viewings were all taken care of for us. Once we had sold our place and had an offer accepted on our new place, there were a number of properties in the chain and so plenty of people to juggle and they handled it all beautifully. They kept us in the loop at all times and really helped the process get over the line and kept the whole chain moving forwards for us. They are faultless in their work and we would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home!

GoogleAll the team at the Chelmsford branch have been amazing from the very start of our home buying experience. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none. We are purchasing a probate property and have encountered many issues along the way and we can honestly say that if it hadn’t been for the team we would have given up on our dream home, this especially goes for Emma Rush and Tom. Whenever you call nothing is too much and the whole team know and understand what is going on. Emma has personally rung us every week since March to keep us updated! We have never had to chase them for anything. Also when they say they will do something they deliver. It is such a refreshing and honest service. There needs to be more Emma and Tom’s in every estate agent. They genuinely care, which is so rare nowadays. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
