GoogleIt was between HomedIn and a larger high street agent. In the end I decided to list with James; his overall offering being no match for the more established agent! They used expert video to achieve an above-asking price offer AND found my next home for me through their free homesearch service. Super chuffed! Very friendly, too. GoogleIn the past we have been let down by poor estate agents but not this time , James at Homes:In provided a very professional friendly service; he could not do enough for us always contactable and quick to reply. Our property was marketed on the big platforms along with top photos and 4k video and was sold within two weeks , can't recommend him enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleEarly reassurances about the sellers situation not realised. Not necessarily the agent's fault, but felt that irregular communications from James left us frustrated.

I’ve sent you records that show we were chasing the seller on a repeated basis (total of 14 texts/emails) stressing the urgency to appoint a solicitor because I wanted to keep you the buyer updated and committed to the sale. Similarly, there are multiple texts and emails here from myself that state that we are doing all that we can and will be in touch the MINUTE we get a positive reply. Quite clearly, there was nothing more I could do and we don’t have control over the actions of our clients. We work outside of normal working hours, offer WhatsApp communication, and friendly and professional advice which stands us out from the crowd and helps cement our position as one of the most highly regarded agents around. GoogleJames did a brilliant job at selling our flat in a short time. Being an online agent, his commission fee was more reasonable than the big agents but you get the similar level of service. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole selling process. We highly recommend his service.
