GoogleWe made an enquiry via Zoopla on Saturday afternoon to get a quote for our house, as we where thinking of getting a bigger property to respond to unexpected family needs. James called us five minutes after sending the form offering to come to visit the property the day after. Sunday James, a very polite and friendly gentlemen, visited our property as agreed. He has given us plenty of advices on how to best approach the market and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explained the range of services offered and the relative price making me comfortable in the negotiation as all costs were discussed upfront. He then allowed us with time to discuss the matter without pressure and waited for us to come back to him today with our decision. We have decided not to sell the house as a different solution has been found, but I can promise that when the moment will come for us to sell this property I will not think twice to call James.
