I was pleased that we heard about James at HomedIn. Even though he wasn’t very local to us, we decided to try to sell our house through him, and it went well. James is very good at keeping in touch through WhatsApp, email, text and phone, and it was great that you don’t feel that you’re limited to communicating in normal office hours as I received replies quickly whenever I messaged him. The lower fees are good news at an expensive time! Viewings were arranged professionally and overall we were happy with James and HomedIn and would recommend him to others in the area.

Came to view a property mainly because of the brilliant video tour inside and out - we knew exactly what we were coming to see and I’d say knew we wanted to buy it before even seeing it in the flesh. Goes to show if the marketing is done right then much of the work is done. James was available to answer requests by call, email and text without delay and even managed to arrange a viewing with virtually no notice. No feeling that we were just being signed up to a mailing list to be bombarded with adverts for irrelevant properties...we said we want to view the house, he said name a time. It was also clear that the seller had a really great relationship with the agent. In summary, if we were selling, that’s how I’d want it to be done.
