GoogleWe had some pretty bad communication from the agents looking after our move into our new home until we finally moved in and Anita Datta started looking after us. There were many issues and repairs to be made and Anita was really helpful and efficient in getting everything sorted with the landlord, we really appreciate it.

GooglePaid rent on time for five years and they never had any issues with the state of the apartment (multiple inspections a year!). But now that they have to return the additional rent I paid and provide the status on my deposit, communication has been nothing but terrible. It seems like you are working with professional people when you are looking to rent but I think what matters more is how they wrap things up at the end of leases. YellGreat at sales; the rest, not so much
They are great at sales; the rest, not so much. We put our house on the market with them, and they got the price we wanted, then it all went to pieces. They seemed to forget that our contract was with them, not the buyer. If you want someone to represent you, and guide you through the process of selling your property, to help with price negotiations etc - this is not the agent to use.
