Incredibly unhelpful. Did not understand what I was asking for which was completely reasonable. Refused to provide directors' details for unexplained reasons. Refused to answer emails. Shocking service. Quite simply answer emails in a timely & constructive fashion. Also refused to speak!

It’s been 3 months still no deposit back and no word from Agata or Ieva the agents who were so quick to reply to our emails when they needed money from us. All I need to know is will we ever get our deposit back or we have to take legal actions?

Poor service, was not informed if my offer for a flat was accepted phoned numerous times without any call backs and gave up in the end, not even sure if the landlord had seen our offer for the flat. Shockingly bad customer service.

A very unprofessional company. Their standard of communication is terrible and there is a complete lack of interest in looking after you once you signed up to them! Please stay away if you want no stress!
