GoogleI have had a very good experience with KFH in buying our first flat close to South Bermondsey. Lewis has been very quick in getting all sorted out from our side. We've also been very happy with their recommendation of solicitors - worth the extra money. We have enjoyed a professional and pleasant service. Would recommend to buy through KFH and would do it again.

I had my flat on to rent in Wimbledon Village (a sought after location) with a local village agent and after two months with them I had no offers ( and hardly any viewings) so I switched to KFH and I then had two decent offers within the first week, one of which i accepted. I wish I had switched agents earlier .

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at KFH Brockley. Sian managed the process extremely well, ensuring that I was kept well informed of developments and that any questions I had were answered quickly and comprehensively. She put me in contact with her colleague Gintare who was with me every step of the way and was invariably courteous and engaged. I never felt pressurised and I was always made to feel like an important and valued client - hugely important as the whole process of buying and selling is stressful and can feel overwhelming. Every effort was made to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as possible - even to the extent of printing documents for me when my own printer gave up. I am grateful to the team for their support and concern over the months of completing the sale of my house and the purchase of my flat, and I am very appreciative of all their help.

I used KFH's services for 5+ years. They helped me first find a tenant and managed the rented property for 5 years. After this I sold my property through them as well.My honest assessment is that they were great with tenancy (I got prompt reports, payments as scheduled, quick remediation of any issues with the property, etc) and it worked as a charm. However their sales service appeared disinterested. Even though they were well incentivised to find and close the buyer, I struggled to get them to push the buyer or even promptly respond to my queries. Ultimately we got over the line and the solicitor was quite helpful, but I do feel we could have closed at least a month earlier if KFH were more prompt and firm. This is why I am not giving them 5 stars. In short, great for tenancy in the region, but perhaps there are better agencies to approach for the sales process.

I have bee a landlord with KFH for more years than I can remember which says everything about them. Having used several agents for over 20 years KFH are second to none. Very professional they know the laws of letting inside and out and the staff cannot be more helpful. It’s a pleasure to deal with an agency that gets it right. (…and no I am not an employee of KFH).

My wife and I tenanted a home managed by KFH for the past 2.5 years. Over this time, we found KFH Canada Water to be repeatedly complicit in the landlord's behaviour--including the outright refusal to remedy physical hazards (such as poorly fitting door furnishings that were causing trips and falls onto hard surfaces); as well as repeated stalling of maintenance work such as water damage, damp, fungi and mould; a lack of running water to the dwelling's only bathroom for weeks at a time (at one point, KFH suggested washing ourselves with a bucket because the landlord's plumber friend was on holidays and unavailable for a lower-cost repair); defective heating valves causing heaters to run uncontrollably during warm months (and some not run at all in winter); and a series of others.Maintenance tasks were prolonged due to the landlord's repeated assertion to use unqualified (or partly qualified) labour of friends and relatives, who often had less of an understanding of the defective system than ourselves and would only attend the home in their spare time, which could be weeks after we flagged an urgent defect (and spread over several unsuccessful visits--with any temporary fixes often relapsing within days or weeks). The longest defect (the house's heating) remained unresolved for 287 days, and we were repeatedly gaslit that there was no defect over this period. When these "contractor" friends attended the premises, they were repeatedly shocked at the conduct of KFH and the landlord--in particular the lack of urgency regarding these defects.After the continued transgressions and ongoing issues with the bathroom water supply--this time escalating the matter due to my wife's pregnancy, we received a Section 21 eviction from KFH. Within 48 hours of our vacate date, KFH had listed the home for rent on Rightmove at a £525 pcm premium. It is important to note over this time that our regular inspections indicated that we were treating the property well throughout the tenancy, and we never missed a rental payment. The only damage reported by third party inspectors upon our departure were previously flagged defects. Out outstanding complaint with Southwark Council will now also include the Section 21 notice being served by KFH soon after a repeated relapse of the bathroom water defect.The landlord was clearly inexperienced. Our understanding is that we were their first tenant and that they had inherited the home. For this reason, they were in greater need of KFH’s professional guidance, particularly in scenarios where their transgressions overstepped legal boundaries. In my 10+ years in the real estate sector, overseeing thousands of real estate deals around the globe, I have only ever encountered this level of unprofessionalism on one or two occasions. That’s not company to aspire to!

I recently sold my flat through the Ealing branch and was looked after by Chris and Martin who went above and beyond to hand hold me through the selling process. The process of completion took a little longer than usual however their perseverance of pushing forward key deadlines and ensuring that all parties were working together really helped. Their expertises and friendliness made the usually stressful time that much bearable. I highly recommend KHF for their selling strategy and customer service.
