He was very responsive to our questions and found us a perfect place... which we offered on... and got! During the offer process he was on top of everything and helped push the process forward.

Ross and his team guided me through the house sale process and were very helpful every step of the way. Advising on price and whether to accept offers and when and if to adjust the price. It was the second time that I let my property with KFH. This time I was abroad and it proved a long process, as I had to vet potential tenants with very little information. There were many viewings and many offers, unfortunately many offers were unsuitable to me. KFH persevered, but I could sense that they were getting impatient with my rejections. However, delighted that they and I held on, as I now have the very kind of tenants that I was looking for, and who are indeed very happy with the property. I just wish that the referencing was more personal. Jack & Alex from the Kingston Branch were really good at communicating.

Really great experience from start to finish with KFH, Paul Bent and Natalia were fantastic. My house was under offer 5 days after going on Rightmove. Would definitely recommend as estate agents, they felt very honest and were easy to communicate with.

He managed to help us get through this process and managed to mediate with the vendor to overcome any issues which might have delayed the final exchange. We can definitely recommend him!

GoogleIvan moreira is a horrible agent , never ever gets back to you , you have to call him and email him so much to even follow up on the appointment times that he’s made for you. He’s extremely rude, unprofessional & doesn’t not know much info , every time you ask him a question he replies sarcastically or bluntly. Also over 25 mins late to viewing no heads up. I am surprised he is still employed by KFH- you need to really take a look at your staff !!!
