GoogleWe were searching for an apartment and tried various agencies. We are now at a positions where there there is more demand than supply for renting. Josh at JC was very helpful and always responsive and on time for viewings. After so many viewing I realised that not many agents are that organised and professional, thank you!

Googlewe moving to new house by this company, it's second weeks and we still yet to receive our keys, needs to ask concierge for fob all the time. not a good service at all. not happy with the service ππ» β¦

Thank you for your feedback. When you moved in we asked the concierge to release you a full set of keys including the fob key. You spoke to my colleague Sunny, as the arrangement was to pick up the 2nd set of keys from the office. She spoke to you on three occasions last week, and you said after you are back from holiday you will come to pick up the 2nd set. We don't understand why you never mentioned that the key you received from the concierge didn't had a fob. It could have been sorted instantly.

GoogleHave a really bad experience from them from the beginning, really low quality of the flat in Hampton Tower, after sending them proves of the flat and they take out the cost repair part.

I really feel sorry for someone like yourself. Spending time creating fake accounts and leaving negative reviews, just to damage the reputation of the company. Jus for your information we didn't carry out any valuation for you or anyone else in the past 1+ years, and for whoever we did they were pleased with the information and service they received.
