GoogleThe negotiator David was very friendly and gave me all the time to view the property. The process was smooth. However their maintenance team is not supportive at all. That is why i didnt give them 5 starts. Make sure you have all your requirements listed on the offer letter otherwise nothing discussed verbally will be honored. I am still waiting for their maintenance team feedback and I will be updating my review accordingly.

GoogleThe worst agency ever. The washing machine was not working after a month we have moved in. We have been contacting JC Living through email, WhatsApp and phone calls for the past 6 months but the PM never replied. Please avoid renting apartments through JC Living.

GoogleThe customer service was very patient and recommended me a lot when I was choosing a house. When I had several questions, they immediately responded and answered my questions. With their help, I chose a house I loved and lived in it for less than a year. During this period, various repair problems were handled very well. There was also monthly cleaning service. It is not easy for everyone under the epidemic environment. The guy who checked us in was Jason. He considered all aspects of the problem for us and made our check-in smooth and convenient.

GoogleElod helped me out in a disagreement with another agency he was really professional very helpful explained my rights. I believe him to be a fair agent who would look after the tennat and the landlord. I would recommend this agent based on his honesty and professionalism it’s just a shame that there is not more people like you in the world Elod. GoogleAlthough I didn't go with JC Living in the end because another agent was really quick, Susan has been professional and courteous throughout through her efficient communication, both email and whatsapp. She sent a detailed rental market report on my area, a list of comparable properties for reference as well as a very well documented valuation report. GoogleHad no issues with my tenancy until the tenancy ended in March 2024 and I had to chase 6 weeks for my deposit to be returned (noting there was no dispute over any deductions). The team were unresponsive and unfortunately, it took commencing dispute proceedings with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for JC Living to suddenly and immediately refund the deposit overnight. Do re-consider this agency unless you are prepared and happy to fight for your deposit at the end of the contract.

GoogleBeware of JC Living Agency, where Shamila and Elod reign supreme in the art of scamming and rudeness. These two seem to have made it their mission to make your life a living hell. Not only do they have no qualms about scamming unsuspecting renters, but their attitude towards customers is downright appalling. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this duo and their dubious agency.

GoogleWorst experience of letting agency. During viewings we were told that furniture laying in apartment will be removed and replaced with proper standard (as one with same floor plan). Agent even didn’t know how to access spa and gym and we appeared in situation where we needed to exit via car park because we didn’t have proper keys during viewing. Apart from not holding onto that promise, they took holding deposit and said that corresponding property had been let already (something that breaks the law of holding deposits). They suggested the other property with the same floor plan, though. Coming back to furniture situation, by contract property expected to be furnished, but in reality it turned out to have the same furniture (that expected to be removed) and a few more items. With that being said, no other property in the same building looked like it and one of the bedrooms didn’t have furniture at all (how on earth in furnished apartment one of bedrooms didn’t have any furniture at all?). The items we didn’t like (as all the rest of letting agencies managing our building) agency refused to keep until we find replacement, so now we’re sitting on floor and using box as a coffee table while waiting for our own furniture. We negotiated some of items to be bought, but not ones that were promised to be replaced. With those items, delivery company hasn’t managed to find an address and suggested to reschedule delivery which wasn’t rescheduled. In the end, they haven’t managed to furnished apartment 3mo after it supposed to be furnished and when we raise these concerns, anyone from JC Living would simply ignore you unless you’re in their office.

GoogleWe have for the last five years given our flat for full management to JC living. This used to be our home. They have kept it that way homely, clean and made sure that the tenants living in the property respect the place. Amazing full service from HMO to full management agency. They are very professional and will treat each property as their own. I have recommended so many friends and all are happy with them. Keep up the good work JC living team. The branch manager, Elod, was very professional, friendly, and helped answer all of my questions while I was getting settled. Additionally, he also offered and found another tenant interested in renting the parking space that came with the flat without asking for any commission.
