GoogleMy roommate and I received quite good service from City Docklands (Nick). They worked with us to find a place in our price range that met our needs and walked us through the entire process of renting the place, which was incredibly helpful since we just moved to England from Canada and were unfamiliar with all of the steps. Furthermore, Nick did us the additional favour of storing the majority of our baggage in the letting office, while we awaited confirmation on the property, so that we were free to travel to France for a weekend. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

We found Lorenzo to be straightforward, honest and well-informed about the property we viewed and other options that might suit us locally. Also - a miracle- when we got into the property it looked like the photos online and video provided! Which sounds flippant, but the number of times we have had our time wasted by misleading pictures and info and been disappointed on a physical viewing I honestly couldn’t tell you.

I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. Of all the nerve! One more thing to alert, I found PESTS on the mattress. Horrible!
