GoogleAppalling. This agent has kept me waiting with minimal updates (despite chasing repeatedly) for repairs on appliances that have never worked and were not in good working order before I arrived in February 2025.

GoogleHighly recommend Scott at Foxtons Dulwich. He has been incredibly helpful. He has given me a lot of his time- identifying and viewing suitable properties all over Dulwich. Very approachable, personable and knowledgeable. He remains my "go to" agent in Dulwich.

GoogleRented my flat through Foxtons lettings team. Dreadful from start to finish, and to top it off are far more expensive than every other local estate agency. Found sub-par tenants who left my flat in a complete state (filthy, overgrown garden) on check out, mismanaged the check in report and the deposit arbitration. Tenants moved out six months ago and still haven't received the refund of the deposit monies.

GoogleI had a great experience with foxton east dulwich, Gemma ingles helped me find the perfect property. She really understood what I was looking for and also took my budget into account. Once moving into the property Gemma made sure everything was perfect and any work that needed doing was in the process of being done. she was amazing and made this stressful situation very easy and fun :-) thank Gemma xxx

GoogleI bought my house through Foxtons in June and was incredibly happy with their service. Scott was always available and very helpful. They checked in with me regularly and have continued to do so since the sale to ensure everything was ok. Would 100% recommend, excellent communication and always willing to help.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleI moved into a house 2 years ago and Foxton never did an inventory of the house. The house was dirty when I arrived, it had never been painted, the bathroom was moldy, we left the house clean and now they want to charge 750 pounds for cleaning, they delivered the house in terrible conditions and in need of maintenance. That's a shame.
