I had requested a viewing online and Bernadette Teuma responded real quick.I have done lots of viewings and even though I declined the flat in the end as something came up round the corner from me, I appreciated the way Bernadette handled it....not this typical sales person one normally deals with, but honest and mega friendly without pressuring and pestering. Should the need come up again Bernadette would be my first choice of contact as I am sure that she would only send me viewings that could really be something I would consider.

Good real estate management is in the details and the follow through. From my buying my flat subject to a lease to moving in required a great deal of work by my agent at Coldwell Banker Southbank (CBS). The tenant had to be notified, then my agent helped the tenant find another place to rent within my time frame and balanced very well working for her to find another place and representing me as a landlord. When there were damages to be paid, she worked with the tenant to resolve to my satisfaction the compensation. These things are not done in one or two phone calls/emails. It takes consistent work to achieve a good outcome for all. I will call on CBS anytime I need real estate help whether to rent, buy or sell. And I ran into another client of hers by accident in the common area of my building and he was also very pleased and he was a renter. So, owner or renter, I think you are well situated with Coldwell Banker Southbank
