TrustpilotA pleasure to work with!
It is a pleasure to give Bernadette Teuma of Coldwell Banker the highest of recommendations to sell your property. Bernadette successfully marketed and sold our £2million listed house in Waterloo, in what might seem the difficult time of Autumn/Winter 2022.Her knowledge, professionalism, commitment and unerring enthusiasm makes you feel wholly supported throughout the process. The pictures, videos and marketing materials she produced for our sale were exemplary and she was able to get more than forty viewings on the property.Bernadette’s local knowledge and experience where fundamental in enthusing a good number of interested parties and we feel that her delightfully, friendly and positive character is a great asset in encouraging and managing positive buyers.Bernadette is an absolute pleasure to work with.Thank you, Bernadette!Emma and Simon Freedman
