GoogleThe old Tesco self checkouts are more competent and worked faster than the employees at Madley. The best thing you will ever do is not rent through these people. Do yourself a favour a steer clear from these people. Just check through these reviews and count how many are made by people who have only ever made one review. And ignore the response which says I’m not in their system. I very unfortunately do live in one of their properties.

Another great experience with chestertons, specifically Nishaad, once again he found me a flat within a week and I only had to view one property. He knew exactly what I wanted and found the best option for me. A week later and all documents and formalities are done! Such a hassle free experience!

The deposit is not released, though I moved out a half a month ago.Update:Eventually deposit has been returned, but it was hard to do. As Landlord had to contact them a few times to make this happen.
