I give them one star as i have been having really bad experience with this company. They were nice and quick to respond when they were advertising my flat. Their agent push me into accepting a couple although i had my doubts - i say they are pushy.As for collecting rents for me never pay me on time. I paid them to collect the rent for me to avoid chasing the rent but this company never pays my rent back into my account on time - always late. I don’t recommend them. I regret choosing Chesterton to be my agent.

What a wonderful lettings team at Chesterton's, they not only offer a professional service but they are also very considerate to personal needs of both the tenant and the landlord. Speedy service and slick set up - very professional. The only reason it is not 5* is that there are perhaps too many individuals involved in dealing with a property (I am a landlord) which can get a little confusing and things can get lost in communication.

I rented a property for 18 months where Chestertons acted as the tenancy manager (Imogen Kovacs) and received a great service throughout the tenancy.Whilst the landlord was not always the most helpful, Imogen handled this tactfully and sought to present sensible solutions to issues which arose with the house. She is very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with.

When my tenants moved out and left the apartment needed a lot of cleaning, this could really have left me out of pocket. Ryan Briggs mediated this issue with them calmly and quickly, retrieving the money that had been spent on professional help.
