Such dishonest disgraceful agency! The manager from Knightsbridge called Andrew is useless and unprofessional!
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, ZR. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. Terrible. I cannot emphasise enough how dismissive Chesterston has been toward our moving process. They don't reply to our multiple emails and when they do, the answers are inconclusive and no actions are taken toward our requests. Although it says in our contract the deposit reimbursement would occur in 10 days after moving out, it has been four months without getting our money back. DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM.

When it came time to renew our flat rental Niema was just amazing. She liaised with our landlord got the contract prepared and we were signed and all agreed in no time at all. Chestertons is such a good trustworthy agency easy to deal with and honest.

I recently rented a property through Andrew Zohraphos. He was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. We were moving internationally and Andrew’s attention to detail and understanding of what was important and what we needed was exceptional. He kept us up to date through the whole process and made the transition very easily. I can’t recommend Andrew enough as his level of professionalism is hard to find

The team at Chestertons, Pimlico, helped me to terminate a contract with a tenant, sort out the mess they'd left, and then find another tenant. Alina Alexa and James Hall were especially helpful; James addressed all my questions with patience and understanding and Alina helped me follow through some tricky negotiations. They remained positive and welcoming throughout the process.
