My husband and I relocated from the US and Alex & Matteo helped us through our first letting experience in London. They were very patient and helpful with questions that we had and made it very easy to submit our offer and walk through the contract process. We appreciate all of their hard work, especially Alex, and look forward to continue working with them as they manage the property we let!

It's been a pleasure working with Alex & Matteo. They were recommended to me and I'm really glad they were. They made selling my property a positive experience and were super helpful and friendly along the way. Matteo was my day to day contact and always kept in touch with updates or help through WhatsApp and phone calls. I can't fault them in any way whatsoever and would highly recommend them to anyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Cheers guys. First met Alex when looking widely or a one-bed in a nice area or estate that had easy transport to work in SE1. He listened asked the right questions which helped me make sense of my own priorities. I became both more realistic and open-minded about what sort of place would meet my needs and make good financial sense which gave my search focus. When I started talking with Matteo he knew everything about my search despite never having spoken to me. I found a place quickly after that and Matteo was faultless as things moved through the solicitors. Both top guys who know what they're doing: people people and property people. I recommended them to an old landlord of mine in E3. She had previously avoided agents like the plague and had me - one of the tenants in the three bed - manage everything for them for reduced rent. When I moved on they tried the same arrangement with another tenant but it ended in tears. I found out she was thinking of selling even though the market wasn't favourable so I put her in touch with Alex and Matteo. She's grateful!

I would not hesitate to recommend Alex & Matteo to anyone. They took a considerable amount of stress out of a complicated international move, and we felt fully cared for throughout the entire process. Both Alex and Matteo went out of their way to communicate everything clearly with us, ensured everything was done properly, and helped us whenever we had any questions. I can honestly say that I've never had such a good experience with an estate agent before.

We were so impressed with both Matteo and Alex that we had them looking after the sales and rental of our property. They know the Bromley-by-Bow and east London area inside out. This agent is one of those rare entities that really go out of their way to look after both the seller/landlords and the tenants. Even as buyer or tenant, I would be confident using them too, knowing they will look after my interest.

I bought my first property in canada water 10 years ago. My employer brought me back to Italy earlier in July and I decided to rent it out. After a nightmare experience with an "established" high street agent I found these great professional, down to earth and friendly guys that made my renting experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks Alex and Matteo
