We recently sold our flat with Alex & Matteo, due to various issues with our building management company it wasn't a smooth selling process but Alex helped keep us, the buyer and the process going and we finally got there. Alex & Matteo are nothing like your standard estate agent. We were trying to sell our flat during quite a difficult market and initially listed with a mainstream agent. They did nothing to help people see the value of our home, and tried to pressure us to drop our asking price. We moved to Alex & Matteo and you could tell straight away that they were going to work hard for us, and they did! Matteo helped us achieve over our asking price, was really helpful and communicative throughout, and they really know and understand why the area is great. I whole heartedly recommend them.

He always answered the phone, relentlessly chased the solicitors on both sides, kept the buyer informed all the way to the final hurdle. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process, and regularly contacted both the buyer and myself to keep us informed, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It should have been a straightforward sale but inevitably became complicated; they were very helpful in resolving problems and kept me informed of progress, offering much appreciated advice. I felt as if this was more than simply a business transaction to them and they genuinely wanted the house to be sold, assisting both me as seller and the buyer to complete the sale.
