GoogleAlex & Matteo are a breath of fresh air in what can be quite the cowboy world of estate agents and property management companies. They are professional, responsive, polite and diplomatic. I felt that I made new friends in Alex & Matteo through doing business with them. I hope they can keep this incredibly high standard as they expand. They execute their business impeccably.
Thank you so much Sam!!!

GoogleI’m a first time buyer who just purchased through Alex & Matteo, and I had such a positive experience! Super friendly and helpful people, and the whole process was managed very smoothly

GoogleWe have recently started renting a flat through Alex and Matteo. We had a really nice and positive experience. Everyone at agency is very honest and efficient, they are quick to reply and help you out. I appreciate their communication as well with the agents, as they were quick to the point without trying to push things. There are many agencies in London that I can only define as scummy and this is not one of them, so I definitely recommend Alex and Matteo if you are looking for a flat in South East London. The quality of their property is also higher, I believe.

GoogleWe sold our house with Alex and Matteo. They were brilliant throughout - attentive, responsive, friendly and with excellent attention to all detail. The photographer spent a couple of hours taking the pictures used to market the property. This was very helpful. Well done Alex and Matteo.

GoogleYet more junk mail sent by this estate agent. Stop Sending It. Please don't use this estate agent who dumps leaflets all over the area.
Dear Mr Sleigh, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are a small independent business and leafleting is one of the marketing we rely on to spread the word about our services. We do this three times per year, so feel free to email us your address and we’ll do our best to see that you don’t receive our materials in the future. Alex & Matteo Team hello@alex-matteo.com

GoogleAlex & Matteo are legends, and I would highly recommend them. They helped me rent two properties and sell my sister's two-bed flat, all within six months and during the difficult time of a pandemic. They were always in regular communication and friendly. I can't thank these guys enough! By far the best estate agents in SE16.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAlex and Matteo have offered me a stellar service - I have been totally blown away. Alex has gone out of his way at every step in the process to ensure that I am as comfortable and as happy as can be - nothing has been too much for Alex. This has been especially appreciated as I am renting alone for the first time after quite a difficult time in my personal life and Alex has made the whole process a lot easier. Thanks so much for your hard work Alex - you're a superstar!

GoogleCouldn't recommend Alex & Matteo more highly! We sold our one bed flat in Surrey Quays with Alex & Matteo, with Matteo being our main point of contact. Selling for the first time, they really supported us through the process, giving us advice and helpful info throughout. We were a little nervous to go with an independent estate agent, but as soon as we started the process with Alex & Matteo those concerns were gone completely. Communication was brilliant start to finish, using a Whatsapp group for day-to-day comms, which made things so quick and easy. Matteo even helped with advice on a property we were considering offering on - always going above and beyond. Cannot fault Alex & Matteo in any way. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with them both. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have dealt with Alex and Matteo on a couple of occasions. They were invaluable in helping me buy my first place in London, which was a big step for me. They were outstandingly cheerful, prompt with replies, and infectiously friendly; what else could you want from an estate agent. Now, I am renting out that property, and guess who I approached to market and manage my property; Alex and Matteo of course. So I have been on a journey with them, from buying a property through them, which I then lived in, to then renting out that property, using them as the letting agent. 110% recommendation from me.

GoogleWe had a great and successful experience selling our flat with them. From the moment they came by, Alex took the time to understand our situation and Matteo gave us advice on our property market as well as visit us too. They took any and all calls towards the end and explained how everything worked without overwhelming us all at once. Would highly recommend them for honest service, no false promises and pragmatic, professional experience. If you’re looking for a friendly, personal, trustworthy advisors who can guide you as much or as little as you’d like then Alex and Matteo are the guys for you.

GoogleWe recently sold our one bedroom flat with Alex & Matteo and we were so impressed with this service we received from both Alex and Matteo. You will always get a really personalised service with these guys. They were incredibly responsive and friendly and most importantly they were never pushy like some other estate agents we met. No question too small and they went out of their way to help us out with the post- sale admin on several occasions. Great value for money and great professional photos. So nice to have two local guys, something you’ll never get with the big anonymous estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
