As a landlord I have been very happy with the service received from Callum Barber at C.J.Hole, Southville. After viewings I was provided with a list of interested tenants with their details and once chosen I left everything in Callum's capable hands. Couldn't be easier.

GoogleThe worst experience with an estate agency in my life. Within 3 months since the tenancy started they managed break the contract by letting stranger into our property without any notice. Also They gave away our personal detail to 3th party which has been opening and closing contracts in out names. They are no flexible at all and if you need something you have to go to the branch in person. I'm finding this agency stress and trouble making and not reliable what so ever. They have no boundries and lie is what they do. After moving to the property it took a year and half to sort all issues. On the end the landlord went with different agency after we talk and found out that they have been also lying to the land lord about issues and the state of the property.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend. We sold our house through them. They lost our front door key. Arranged meetings and the agent James didn't turn up. I complained to the office and was told they would contact me back but didn't hear anything back. Found them to be pretty useless
