GoogleCJ Hole nearly made us homeless after taking our holding fee without having the house secured or actually on their books! They took our money and did not send us any contracts so we repeatedly rang them requesting them. They repeatedly told us they would send them right away. Three days later we demanded the contracts to which they replied they had only a verbal confirmation from the landlord which then turned into no confirmation because the landlord no longer wanted to deal with them! If we did not contact CJ Hole they may have left it for days, with our money in their bank, wasting precious time as we needed to move in two weeks. Awesome work guys!

GoogleCurrently working with Quaid and Max to rent our next house. Even though they are really busy they have made time for us and been very helpful, making the process a lot smoother. Quaid needs an extra mention though, allowing me a viewing after not being able to attend with my husband, letting me size up and get a feel for the space. He called to make sure all was still OK to meet at the house and when I made a mistake with the timings he managed to get to us really quickly.
