I personally sooner speak to someone, if she can't answer, she rings straight back and provides me with the answer to my questions. I for one will be continuing with them. Not only were they all very helpful but managed to find us a place which suited our needs very quickly so we were able to move in within a matter of weeks. Overall, we were very impressed by the Lettings team and were grateful for their efforts in securing us a home.

GoogleWe were left to wait for ninety minutes for a viewing and the estate agent never turned up. In the end the gentleman supposedly was at the property but his phone had died. His colleague at the office told us he was on his way, erroneously, and never gave us a callback after we had continued to wait fruitlessly. No proper apology, not good enough.
