GoogleThe contract signed with the agent as soon as the house was on market gave us a sense of relief protecting both the agent and the buyer. GoogleI've just exchanged on the sale of my property which Samantha Morse dealt with really professionally. There were a few delays to get to exchange (through no fault of Sam's!), and Sam was swift to deal with them, keeping excellent dialogue throughout. Would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleOh my where do I start!!! My sons student accommodation was bug infested, damp and mould on the walls with a broken chest of drawers, and carbon monoxide coming in his window from the flue that’s right outside his bedroom window and also the bathroom. Dealing with you-move has been like a circus, they take no responsibility in dealing with things and are very rude when they have to deal with any problems! They don’t care because you’ve signed the contact and they just want the money! So if you like having lots of problems and bugs and mould with carbon monoxide and dealing with people with attitude problems! Especially AMY!!! Who is argumentative and very very rude! Then this is the company for you!

GoogleYOURMOVE Southsea has managed our properties for nearly 10 years, and I have always been impressed with their service. I often communicate with Sam, who consistently offers excellent advice. I feel confident that if any issues arise with tenants, she will resolve them promptly and without any hassle. She is fantastic at her job and always follows up on any queries I have. In the branch, Libby has also been incredibly efficient in her responses. Every time I email her, she keeps me updated from start to finish, and I have never had to chase her for information. Both Sam and Libby demonstrate great professionalism. I highly recommend YOURMOVE Southsea for anyone needing property management services.
