I can highly recommend Your Move, Southsea. They are very professional and their communication and actions are excellent. Joe Cartwright and Amy were fantastic. I have had bad experiences of lettings agents in the past, so will be sticking to this one! I also recently sold a property with Right Move and the Sales team, particularly Samantha and Jessica were excellent. They responded quickly to queries and requests. It was reassuring to know that you have such reliable and personable people on the other end of the phone!

I have contacted this company on multiple occasions over the past year regarding a billboard they incorrectly placed outside my property entrance, it should have been positioned at the property they are selling, not mine. Despite countless requests, the sign has never been removed. Over the course of several calls, I have spoken to approximately three different members of staff, all with the same dismissive attitude. Each time I raised the issue, I was talked over, cut off mid-sentence, and ultimately blamed for the inconvenience rather than listened to. They have sold the property but instead of removing sign, they have placed a ‘sold’ banner on it. I have no doubt this company is charming and attentive when dealing with potential clients. However, they show a complete lack of respect for the people their actions impact. Placing signage on someone else’s property without permission and then refusing to act on repeated requests is not only disrespectful. It is invasive.Unresponsive, disrespectful, and unwilling to take accountability. I would not recommend.

We cannot speak highly enough of the team at YourMove who helped us sell a couple of properties this year. We live overseas, and the team coordinated well, kept us updated, and went over and above on a number of occasions where we had a builder renovating one of them. They were caring, understanding of our situation, and provided clear guidance and points of view on the market situation. They also communicated with us out of hours due the time differences.
