GoogleTold us we were booked in for a house viewing today at 12.30. Waited for a while and no one showed up so we rang. Not only did they put my husband name as “Samantha”, they also got our email wrong. Said they’ve been trying to get hold of us but my husband’s phone never rang in the past few days.

As you can see from our other reviews we've received, we pride ourselves on the level of service we aim to provide. GoogleLawson Rose Lettings managed by Samuel have been absolutely amazing in sourcing tenants for my property. Within a day I had 2 viewings from prospective tenants. GoogleRecently moved into one of their properties.The property is newly refurbished and to a high standard. Lovely staff always keeping us updated and happy to answer and questions we had. Best estate agents that we got in contact with during our house hunt as they actually replied to us.

FacebookI have purchased a property through Lawson Rose and my whole experience with them has been an absolute pleasure. Having worked for an estate agent in the past, I know first hand that some agents are not the best, to say the least. However Lawson Rose have shone brightly by being very helpful, well organised and with great communication. To top it off all agents I dealt with have been very warm and friendly. I will 100% be back to use their services in future when I am ready to either sell or let my property.
