GoogleCouldn't fault them. Any issues or questions I have had they addressed right away. Full communication from both Samuel and hannah. During key hand over hannah was polite, friendly and I would happily recommend them if you are moving house.

FacebookLawson Rose have been more diligent than I could have wished for. The sale of my property fell through twice, due to complications out of their control, and on both occasions they found me a new buyer within two weeks- once the following day. I have never needed to make a call to them to chase the progress of the sale and one of the team called regularly with updates before I even knew I needed them. They were a great link between all involved parties and, because I work full time, it made it a much easier process for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleExcellent service, I had several viewings and on the third day of the house being put on the market I accepted my second offer which was within 1% of the asking price,. They presented my house surperbly, if you are looking for honest experts with top notch local knowledge to sell your house I would strongly recommend Lawson Rose Estate Agents. I have known Liam and Chris for a number of years and I wanted them to market my property as I felt they really understood the local area and the property details they put together present each property really well. Within a week they had a number of viewings booked and we managed to agree a deal that week, which I was extremely happy with. They kept me fully informed of the viewers situations, reasons for buying etc so I knew they understood the reasons behind each buyers move. They also kept me updated throughout the sale process as well so I would highly recommend Lawson Rose for anyone who is looking to sell or purchase. GoogleFirstly I must say that this is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. I noticed the company whilst driving past and the branding and office layout caught my eye. I expected it to be a chain from London but was surprised to find out that it is run by a couple of local guys who know the area inside and out. They were very friendly and honest which was also unexpected from the usual agent that I have dealt with before. They came to value my house very quickly and gave a honest figure in what I would receive. In the past I have had places give me high figures to win my custom and then not been able to get the figure they promised. Like wise they didn't give a low value to shift it quick either. The quality of photos taken are second to none. I've never had such good photos taken of my house from other agents and they really knew how to show off my house in the best light. They give you an amazing % fee also which is inline with the cheap and cheerful agents that don't actively try to sell your house and it is all on rightmove. So I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to sell there house for the correct price, have amazing photos taken of their house, get a brilliant price and have two guys who you know you can trust. Definitely give Lawson Rose a call!!!
