GoogleExcellent service. I had a good offer within two hours but was advised to hold fire as a higher offer was likely - which proved to be the case. This was particularly impressive as I was paying a flat fee rather than a percentage. I could have accepted the lower offer, Lawson Rose would have received the same amount of commission, and I would have been happy - but a better outcome, so well done Lawson Rose.

GoogleRefused to market my home unless they were sole agents even though the week previously they were happy to. Must have been something I said.
Dear Vaughan Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please be assured and just to confirm in reference to your comment, it was certainly nothing you said. The reasoning was discussed on the telephone conversation you had with our team member, Daniel. We are disappointed in censing your frustration in this matter and of course, we wish you the very best with your property sale.

FacebookThere are estate agents and there is Lawson Rose why go with the rest when you can have the best. The whole team are brilliant nothing is to much, communication is 2nd to none very professional in all aspects of helping you buy and sell your property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, or buy and sell from them again as they are a credit to this sometimes disappointing industry.
