Myself and my partner Kate bought our first property and Beals were the Estate Agents involved.I was very happy with my experiences when it concerned Daniel Black and Brett Gamblin. They were very quick and helpful to answer our queries and resolved any complaints we had.Unfortunately at times the completion date did move back (which is not Beals doing of course) but Brett did follow up on things very quickly and kept us posted which was great!Our main complaint during our experience with Beals was having explicitly told one of the staff at Beals (who wished to discuss Mortgage Protection Insurance via one of their own finance brokers) that before booking anything in I would need to speak to my partner. My partner was then called to book something in behind my back which did cause some complaints from myself.I did get an apology which was the main thing.However despite this, very good indeed!

Definitely a 5 star experience. Oliver Sourmenidis , Parkgate Branch did an excellent job. We viewed a property with him on a Saturday and we moved in on Thursday. He facilitated our move in less than a week. He was completely understanding and empathetic of our situation after we have been messed by another agency. He is friendly, professional and very efficient. I’ll recommend Beales to anyone looking to rent a property.

Don't rent with beals.

2 years of dealing with beals, awful company, do not care about the customer. Constant house issues, maintenance team will take weeks to even get anything sorted, could name atleast 4 office workers who have either lied or denied lying at multiple points. Pass you around the office so they don't have to deal with you, endless amounts of issues, often tell you they will call back and don't. Do not rent with beals. Poor company at best.

Jon and the team have been proactive throughout the sale of our house. We had an offer within 3 weeks of the house going on the market. Beals gave us twice the amount of viewings than we got from our other estate agent.Jon spent 2 days showing my partner and I around different properties in our desired area and budget, this was an invaluable process to finding what we wanted in a property and ultimately purchasing our new home.

Team beals very good from renting out my property and selling it.Hayley worked very well on my house. Hayley got my house back up to scratch for selling my house after they rented my house out for three years. Team beals done a Stirling job renting my house out,I was 0n the beals gold plan. When I decided to put it on the market and the tenants contract finished. Beal were then asked to sell it they got hayley and the dedecorating and cleaning team for one week, to bring the property to decent state.They did an amazing job. The property was put on the market it was sold within 24 hours.Three lots of people looked at it all put offers and one couple put in the full asking price.Beals all day long!!! Mr Barker happy customer!!

A Stressful and unprofessional experience

Bad experience with this estate agency. Even though we put a holding deposit down and were told we had to sign and pay for the property within a week of doing so, it took 2 months to finally sign the contract - 3 days before we were due to move in (bare in mind we had to also move out of our old property so we're extremely concerned we would have no where to live!!). We made constant attempts to pay the deposit and first month's rent, to no success until we finally moved into the property (we called the landlord directly to get the keys) . I received a corse phone call from Beals asking why we have moved in if we haven't paid yet. I told them we tried to pay but they hadn't given us any information to do so. The only way I can describe their response was stroppy, which was outrageous considering we made every effort to pay and it was all on them to hand over the details!! They kept blaming it down to staff holidays which was unprofessional as it isn't down to me to work around their holidays, especially when there is a risk of being homeless due to not signing/paying until the move in day. This was an extremely stressful experience as we had to move out of our old property by a specific date and were extremely concerned about the cross over period (and therefore being homeless) as we hadn't signed or paid for the property, due to their staff shortages, until the day we moved in. Finally, they were extremely bad at responding to emails, often simply ignoring them until I phoned up a week later to receive an answer.

Completely awful company

Completely awful company. They don't let you finish the tenancy in 1 month as it should be,they need 2 months for that. Aswell you will have to contact them every single day and still not having your deposit back after 1 month. Aswell they will enter into your flat with other people,not knocking into the door and show it without any notice and when you not even thinking to move out. Be careful with whose scammers.
