Very happy with the outstanding service from Flexi-Agent with selling my house, very professional and thorough. Sophie came to value the house, she was very friendly and valued at a higher price than a previous estate agents we had come in, who clearly undervalued considering Flexi-agent managed to sell above the asking price which we are made up with. Chloe and Amy were also very friendly and helpful, keeping me updated throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t thank Beth and Sophie enough at Flexi Agent. I have kept in touch with Beth for some time, hoping to relocate to Southport.Not knowing the area I was a complete novice with regards to the estate agents in the area. Beth has always gone above and beyond, responding to emails or telephone calls quickly and professionally. She is lovely in her mannerisms and gives purchases the feeling that Flexi Agent cares about customers and has good moral standards.Unfortunately this isn’t something we’ve experienced throughout our house search journey.We’re absolutely thrilled to finally be purchasing through Flexi Agent. Wow, Very impressive The first time called up asking about the house (that I have now purchased) mariyah answered, very helpful and friendly on the phone, dealing with the house that I wanted to buy, couldn’t fault, they kept in touch and put an offer in that got accepted Then Jacquie deals with the process of the house, what a lovely lady she is! She was on the phone to me with every single update that she knew, making sure I got the best price that I could afford! She made sure the process was as smooth as possible! I’ve read through some of the reviews. I was actually shocked at some of the negative responses. This has not been my experience at all. Sophie came to my property she sat down with me talked to me about what I wanted. Not in the least bit pushy, professional, friendly. A pleasure to have her in my home! I’d only booked the appt. to see what my house was worth. As I was pleased with the valuation I went for the sale. My house was live by the end of the day. The next morning I had 6/7 people interested. Flexi then asked me could I do viewings that next day. They did everything for me. I had been dreading showing families round - I had to leave my house for 2 hours (that’s was it) I then had three offers. They made this process I was dreading easy. They are always there to answer questions. Trust me I have many! Now I’m busy trying to find my new home. I’d recommend them any day of the week. I also read that the Jack was rude, this baffles me as I spoke to him on the phone and I just thought he’s pleasant keen business man. Surely this is what people want when trusting someone to sell their home?! Flexi agent gets my vote any day of the week.

I can only say thank you to all the staff at Flexi Agent for everything they did recently, selling my aunts house. I left all the viewing arrangements to them, the house was sold in less than two weeks! I took their advice on their solicitor Cook &Talbot in Albert Road, the whole thing was done in around three months. So thank you Sophie, Rachel and all the team for making what was an extremely difficult time so much easier. I am in no hurry to do it all again, but if I have to ................... I will be back!!

We put the house sale with Beth and Sophie at Flexiagent in Southport because they have an in depth knowledge of the local market and their Marketing is top-class. They kept me in touch with exactly what was happening and when - and took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and what the benefits were. They are helpful and professional and their communication and speed of response are excellent. They were able to expedite a rapid sale and I would recommend them as first choice for property sales in Southport. 10/10

Mariyah of Flexi-Agent what can I say but a massive thank you ever so much for what outstanding customer service you have provided for myself and my Fiancée. It's a stressful enough time trying to sell your house and relocate, but it's extra stressful when that relocation is from the northwest down to the southwest, while you have a pregnant fiancee. You've been fantastic you've eased stress been very informative and knowledgeable. You've stayed up till late at night trying to sort our sale and I mean that is evident by the fact we completed at 9:55pm haha and you was as chirpy and helpful then as you was at 9am that morning.
