GoogleWe thought buying our first home would be a stressful experience, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. We had viewed a couple of properties with Flexi-Agent, throughout which communication was constant and eventually found the perfect home. Once our offer was accepted Jacquie was amazing throughout the process, providing us with regular updates whilst going above and beyond with any queries we had, no matter how silly they might have seemed.

We noticed some issues when we had moved in and Sam had someone to respond to these within 24 hours which was great...moving can be extremely stressful especially with a child, Sam and her team made the move as stress free as they could...we really appreciate all their hard work

GoogleWe had a bit of difficulty at the start when viewing a house due to a mix up with keys, however Julie came out of her way to sort this out for us. Julie has been easy to get hold of for simple questions and easy to talk to, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

GoogleVery nice cooperative people , we rent a flat with flexi agent everything is completely perfect and nicely arranged , office people are really nice cooperative all the time available to help and assist you , especially samantha she helped me in a very difficult situation i was moving to another property but at the last moment the other landlord refused , then already gave notice but samantha spoke to team and helped me out , she was really helpful and cooperative . I really appreciate her kindness and her work . God bless her . Flexi agent is one of the best agency to let .

I recently purchased my new home through Flexi-agent and the help and support was amazing. From the start Rachel was there suggesting properties and even calling me the in the evening with news of properties in my budget and area. When the sale of a house I was after fell through Rachel called me straight away to make me aware it was back on the market. My purchase didn't go smoothly and everything that could go wrong seemed to but Jacquie and Zoe where amazing support, going above and beyond in helping. Even listening to me vent my frustration, they always stayed postitive the sale would happen. I can't thank the whole team enough. Hayley Hoy

GoogleDo Not Use. Rude, unprofessional, pushy. Jack Leader is just a Little Con Artist Salesmen who is bringing down the estate agent market in Southport. This agent is nothing but a pushy Auction business trying to sell your property quick for the 'Lowest' price. Don't be fooled, BE WANRED Go elsewhere.

Hi Concrete Thinking, Google, please see email just received from 'Concrete Thinking' You're nothing but a little con merchant cheap salesman bringing down the agency market in Southport. You should be working in an indian call center not running an estate agent !! ( if that's what you call it ) Do us all a big favour and get run over by a Bus sometime soon you little w****r !!!! From a Happy Customer' Clearly you are a very unreasonable person, who feels that slandering the highest performing business in it's field in a racist fashion is acceptable. GoogleJill was amazing and explained everything to us, allowed us to view the property and then gave us information and how to go about making an offer if that was what we wanted to do. Really friendly and said she would keep in touch with any other properties. She was amazing!

GoogleSales Progression Review Jacquie was assigned to us for our sale progression and was brilliant from start to finish. Our sale came with a lot of issues and Jacquie supported us throughout it all. She kept on requesting updates, pushing the progress along and would always act quickly if something unexpected needed completing quickly!
