She allows you to actually have a good look around - which doesn't happen with all estate agents. I have to name Chloe she really has been my absolute saviour in a very testing process. Everything I’ve needed help with she’s been more than willing to help without making me feel stupid. I really can’t thank her enough. I genuinely can’t understand any of the negative reviews about flexi. Chloe has always found me an appt for every house I’ve been interested in unlike some of the other agencies. Big thanks to Karl, he hosted the open day at my property I was selling (he was very trustworthy and respectful as I found it hard to leave my property with someone I didn’t know - I felt totally at ease with Karl) and also hosted the open day at the house we have ended up having our offer accepted on. He is really friendly and allows you to have some space to look with your partner which I really appreciated. Massive thanks to Karl. My partner and I have been on some journey finding a house. Recently had the pleasure of working with Flexi agents to sell our home. The house was put on the market on a Monday evening. We left the sales rep, the lovely Sophie, our house keys on the following Saturday. Sophie sold our house for us on that day and we are just so delighted with the service. I knew as soon as I called and spoke to Chloe that I liked the company. Sophie came out on the Monday and she was just so full of life and she explained everything to me carefully and fully. Once the offers were in, Rachel called me and went through each offer in detail. I am so impressed with the girls and I am so pleased we chose them to work with. I cannot fault the customer service and they always get back to us when we need anything. Sale still going through, however, it has been so organised and stress free for us! We have three children so we needed the agents to know what they were doing and to take care of us. Thank you girls for helping us, we are delighted with you all!
