GoogleCharge very high service to do nothing except the occasional vacuum of the stairwell. Send demands for extra money without any explanation. Ignore all attempts to communicate with them (asked for explanation of charges, told them about bike shed break-in...) Avoid where possible, although they seem to own a worrying amount of property in Bristol.
