GoogleJoke of a company. Completely sums up everything wrong with the UK leaseholder system. Put up service charges extortionate amounts every year for deteriorating service, won't email service charges and high penalties.

GoogleOut of the blue, started getting letters that we owe ridiculous amounts of money for “maintenance”. Never heard of this company before. Never signed any contract. Nice try.
