After dealing with a lot of slow estate agents and solicitors it was refreshing to speak to someone who was so helpful and polite, which goes a long way. Thanks so much Louise :-)

GoogleAwful company Left us without a car park gate for months affecting the security of the building we’ve had groups of kids breaking in and throwing rocks off roof. My partner and other residents have complained and their only response is ‘we’ve not had any complaints before’ which in our opinion is a load of rubbish.

GoogleAwful bullying tactics have been assigned to look after a road i. live on. Sending bills of hundreds of pounds when asked if I could spread the payments over months, they want to charge £30 admin fee per monthly payment. I do not recommend this company.

GoogleI think 1 star is to much to give for this awful service. you get sent random bills with no explanation. you try to call someone and you always get told they will call back and never hear anything. I would say they are a bunch of cowboys but that would be me being nice. the service you pay for is no where near the service you receiveNegativeQuality
Gateway strongly condemns your online abuse. Our staff absolutely have our full support Abuse for doing your job is not OK. Abuse of our staff on social media or anywhere else is not acceptable.

GoogleI would put down 0 but unable to. How come I pay management fees of £170 a year, and then receive an invoice to repair playground equipment because you won't spend the budget allocated. What are the fees that I pay used for? From what I can tell, it just money in your pocket. This estate is not regularly maintained, and the playground has been shut for months!

GoogleVery efficient response to my enquiry, marred by the request for me to inform them when I need an email copy of the invoice! The latter should automatically be sent out by email, avoiding unnecessary and expensive postage charges for paper copies of the paperwork, especially when landlords are based outside of the UK.

Absolutely exceptional service, had the sales pack the day after I paid for it, a marked difference to having to wait weeks last time for solicitors to sort themselves out and ask for things.
