GoogleI visit this Sainsbury’s most weeks and just wanted to call out how great the staff are. We had a lovely woman called Beth serve us on the checkout who was so happy and positive it was so refreshing to see and also the lady on the travel money desk, just so friendly and lovely! They are an asset to the brand x

GoogleV helpful assistant on the self scan checkouts. It's been a while since I visited this store and I was a bit fazed but she was v patient. The wall of noise that greets you when you enter from the car park towards the travelators is horrendous, especially if you wear hearing aids as I do or are noise-sensitive. I very nearly turned back.

GooglePink lady apples are usually always sold bruised here, it's almost impossible to find a pack without at least one bruised apple. Stock on Sundays is usually really poor, with lots missing

GoogleI recently used kings estate agents and was extremely happy with the way I was treated and how easy they made it seem as it was my first time moving into somewhere. Maddy, Kaci and Aaron were the few I dealt with when I was there and they were all top tier. Very easy to get a hold of and are always very happy to help. Thankyou everyone!

GoogleI don’t even want to give 1 star- Kings are the worst student property agents we’ve ever encountered. Dina and Amelija are completely incompetent, rude and highly disrespectful. I cannot explain the huge number of issues we have had but do not use Kings! They have absolutely no regards for us as tenants, they have absolutely no communication skills. Please go elsewhere.

GoogleVery unprofessional manner on the phone, not at all helpful. Demanded a guarantor even though I am well above the affordability, then when I didn't have one he basically hung up the phone on me. I have worked in Lettings for many years myself and know that you only need a guarantor if you are do not meet the affordability requirements. Can't imagine what their management service must be like if this is how they are on an initial phone call.

GoogleDon't ever rent from this agent！My friends and I rented a house near the university from them and when we first moved in, the whole house was very messy not livable at all and it affected our move in without any compensation provided. My friend clearly paid the full rent in one month and had a bank transfer to show them, but the agent said there was 80 pounds missing. When we checked out, the agent found a lot of problems that were not caused by us at all and deducted the entire deposit. We plan to get a lawyer to deal with this matter.

GoogleNever choose this agency if you want to live in a safe and undisturbed house. They will start viewing after you move in two months, we were disturbed almost every day for eight months, sometimes even three times a day, the contract says "viewing"should be negotiated together, but in fact they only inform the tenant unilaterally, they don't respect the tenant's privacy, we sent a lot of emails trying to communicate this problem, but every time they only said they have the key to the house can enter on their own to threaten us. Because of their threat we had to install cameras in the room to keep our property safe. We can't rest peacefully every weekend because we are worried that they will open the door at any time to enter.
Hi, Thank you for your review. I must add some truth to your review. You were always provided with notice for viewings and you all repeatedly refused access which was always respected. We never attended or entered when you said we could not come round. You moved an animal in to the premise and you did not keep the property clean. You were made well aware of when viewings for the following academic year were to take place and the process was drawn out because you kept refusing access. If you had allowed access the property would have been let far earlier and we would not have had to keep trying to arrange viewings. All the best in your new property. Kind regards Kings Estates

Staff seem to pay much attention to detail and are generally kind and responsive. Big and special thanks to Simona, who has been super amazing from day in all spheres, being extremely supportive, very warm and welcoming, re-assuring, yet absolutely professional. GoogleThis could be a nice store... The bathrooms are never working. I had to change a diaper outside on the ground because of this. I think it needs more diligent management. But it is a big store near downtown with a wide variety of products, so I will go back.

GoogleLarge store with good sized carpark attached, so visiting by car isn't an issue, though many in the area just come by foot. This Sainsburys has everything you could possibly need including anf Argos section in store.
