YellAbsolutely dire service
Absolutely dire service, let my property through them, they do not answer phone or emails. Charge extortionate prices for all services, repair service is a costly joke, and when you get to the end of lease ignore requests for your balance. Avoid like the plague!

TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleI'm a new landlord with a house to rent out. The girls in the office judged me as soon as I walked in and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I took my business elsewhere. An example of why estate agents are thought of the way they are.

GoogleAbsolute time wasters. Invited them to appraise my home only for them not to turn up. When I called they told me they didn’t have my phone number or address despite them confirming both by text and email.
