⁷I would give 0 if I could. Terrible experience with fox&sons London Road Brighton. We had our house advertised with them for bearly 6 months. We had 3 viewings & 10 cancellations, however, when you looked, they claimed we had 13 viewing. Our biggest mistake was to go with them. Totally unprofessional photos. We changed the agent and within a week we had 4 viewing & one offer!! Additionally, when we left this agent, they carried on advertising our house without our permission with a new price!! Dispute both written & verbal communications! Totally unprofessional. We should have read the reviews and avoided them at all cost!! So far we have had 2 offers and might have the final offer soon.

I would like to pass on my appreciation to the team here in Southampton for their first class assistance in my search for property. May, the agent that handled my enquiries was so helpful. May had an in-depth knowledge of all of the areas i that i liked at and of all the properties that she guided me around, answering all of my queries as we went around. May is a credit to the branch. Tye same is to be said for barron my mortgae advisor. Arron tok ok the time to thoroughly research my requirements and provide me with a very appealing set of options. Thank you all. My partner and I successfully bought our house and mortgage through Fox and Sons last week. We were recommended their Mortgage Broker George Jones by the sales team when discussing our house preferences. George is AMAZING!!! As 1st time buyers, he first went through the whole buying process and key stages to focus on initially. He explained everything so clearly throughout the process, was available anytime and provided regular updates. He was meticulous in finding us the best mortgage and insurance rates. He listened carefully to our needs and never tried to convince us into spending more. George is extremely professional, honest, trustworthy and very skilled at his job whilst being very approachable and friendly. He really got to know us as a couple and went above and beyond his job role. We would recommend him to all our friends and family and are sure that in 2 years time he will find us the best rates to remortgage. Thank you so so much George and the Fox and Sons sales team for making the stressful process much easier even when things looked like they would crash at the last minute.

Awful mortgage advising service

Booked an appointment with one of their mortgage advisers, a lot of info i did not need to know that the company has x branches and have done x money on mortgages, just to be cancel on the second appointment. Got back to me after 4months saying he would help me that time, after a couple exchanges no more correspondence ive no idea whats going on. Meanwhile was contacted by another mortgage adviser she said to give her a change she’s different from her colleague. First appointment same things, second appointment a no show. Whats wrong with you people? Unbelievable. At least have the decency to cancel the appointment, i got out of work for the appointment waited 1h, even emailed and nothing.

Then I spot a nice property by Fox and Sons that is on the right to relocate. I therefore schedule the property's viewing. We arrive on schedule at the property and are greeted by Joshua Carey, who is incredibly kind and amiable. He shows us the entire property while working quickly. The brighton branch

The brighton branch, has taken 2 years to get my dad's flat sold after he died. Recommended to sale the flat at auction by Ray Murphy, that fell through after months of trying to get it sold,then went down the normal route. This all starts out fine ,in 2022,then had two more offer ,these were not satisfactory, finally had an offer in August 2024 which has taken 5 months of us chasing to get over the line. Absolutely disgusted at the way this…

Absolutely disgusted at the way this company treated my son and his fiance. They had put a holding deposit on a flat and through no fault of theirs the landlady withdrew the flat and Fox and Sons refused to give them back their holding deposit. They could not afford to lose that money.
