GoogleA huge thanks to Sam for his support in the sale of my flat (4 years after also doing a great job in assisting with my purchase!). With the market so busy at the moment it was difficult to get the full picture from our solicitors but Sam kept us informed and up to date weekly with progress and advice on timescales and likely next steps. He managed our expectations whilst remaining professional and honest. We had some difficulty communicating with our onward chains estate agents so Sam went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t left in the dark. GoogleThey DO NOT rent to disabled people. They only rent to the home-owning guarantor and let the disabled person stay in the property and pay the rent. If you aren't divinely blessed to have a home-owning guarantor in your life, Enfields WILL NOT RENT TO YOU. This is DISCRIMINATION. They are happily complicit in the discrimination against disabled people, they do not care about your individual merit as a renter, they are only interested in your relationships with wealthy individuals. It's DISGUSTING they are able to justify their discrimination through 'landlords' and 'insurance' blah blah blah. They say 'we care' while telling disabled people to 'go to Northwoods instead', washing their hands of all responsibility for housing anyone other than the wealthier working population. If you're disabled, don't even bother contacting this hive of heartless vampires.

GoogleI moved with Enfields (Southampton Shirley branch) in December 2020. I couldn’t recommend them more they handled both the sale of my property and purchase of the new property. All staff involved from our valuation (which was straightforward and honest), viewings (timely and polite staff), completion of sale and purchase were extremely professional and efficient. Which is even more remarkable considering the overwhelmed market and new Covid restrictions to abide by. Sam who managed the completion and everything involved was especially helpful and couldn’t of done anything more. I would certainly go back to Enfields Shirley for my next move and would strongly recommend them to others. Many thanks Enfields!

GoogleHaving not had the best experience with previous estate agents we were unsure about which (if any) agency we should use to let and manage our property but having read excellent reviews, decided to go with Louise at Enfield’s and it was certainly the best decision we could have made. Louise is exceptional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, she took all the stress out of the letting process, arranging everything for us and keeping us informed at all times. Since the beginning Enfields have been consistent with their support in particular Georgia Steel has been helpful and professional, we cannot fault her attention to detail and the care she shows in all aspects of her work.

GoogleIf being treated badly is what you’re after, then Enfields are the company for you.. Edit. In addition to this, the independent deposit adjudicator has confirmed that Enfields have been trying to rip us off. Including suggesting we owed nearly £200 in rent, attempting to charge us £60 for a battery and the list goes on and on. Enfields were unable to provide any evidence of outstanding rent and the regulatory body agreed that ALL of their costs implemented were unfair and baseless. The worst company I have ever dealt with
