Phenomenal team and service

Our house move literally wouldn't have happened without the extraordinary efforts of the Charters team. Simon was incredibly professional and helpful when valuing our house to put it on the market. Cameron was extremely polite and easy to get on with when arranging viewings. Jake could not have been more knowledgable and accommodating when showing us around properties on our viewings, and was always there well before time. And Stephen literally made the move happen dealing with very difficult circumstances within our chain. We can't thank the whole team enough!

Cannot speak highly enough ....

We can not give enough credit to Charters and especially Kerry. They have been the ONLY Estate Agent in the area that have routinely kept us informed about properties that may be suitable for our daughter and her family. We have visited around 10 different Estate Agents in the area, handed leaflets explaining what they were looking for and giving the parameters, such as 4 bedrooms etc and only Charters have bothered to keep us informed. A very big thank you to Charters and especially Kerry.

Winchester Rental Market

I had been looking at the Winchester rental market for a few weeks and contacted Charters in relation to a property i was interested in, unfortunately a let had been agreed the previous day, however Sarah Bainbridge was extremely proactive and provided me with links to current properties in my budget and within an hour we had arranged 3 viewings. I was able to secure my favourite of the three and move in the end of this month. The communication throughout the process has been excellent. I would highly recommend Charters and specifically Sarah.

Exceptional Rental Agency Service

I highly recommend Kirstie Stone at Charters Farnham. She listened to my requirements and lifestyle and was so very helpful. She suggested a rental property which she described as a bit of a "wild card", as it was not in a location I had previously considered. I saw it and loved it. She gave great advice, was patient, supportive, warm, and generous with her time. She went back to the house for me so she could video the interior because I had been over excited and forgot to press record! She negotiated with the landlord on my behalf and took the stress out of the whole process. I have been searching for nearly 2 years for the perfect property, and it was the first time I felt as if I had met an agent who was on my side, who understood me and what I wanted. We have received excellent service from Charters in Chandlers Ford. Cameron Broom was our contact and proved himself to be honest and trustworthy. Every member of staff we had dealings…

Every member of staff we had dealings with were so friendly and polite.Even when we realised we had made a mistake in putting our property on the market before we had found the right home Dan was so understanding.We now realise that when we downsize it will be when we find the right property that’s when we will put our house on the market, I know that’s not what most estate agents recommend but as we have a lovely home and don’t have to move unless we find a property we love, we are not going to put ourselves in a position of getting a buyer for our house and then being almost forced into making too many compromises on a property that isn’t right.When we do find something and put our property on the market we will come back to Charters, because they deserve our custom.
