We’ve bought a flat through Beals and I would highly recommend them especially Akshay Chotai!!! He is a BIG asset for Beals. I would also mention Oliver Fowler, who is amazing and kept us well informed about the progress and solved any difficulties we encountered. Many thanks both. We also used Beals to rent the same flat and it was rented within a week. Adrian and Mohammad did a wonderful job in securing a lovely tenant for us:)

Louise made a difficult time easier to deal with.

Louise made the selling of the house smooth going at a awkward sale due to probate. Stayed in contact all the time. Which was helpful seeing as my mobility makes it difficult some times. And went that bit further by taking us back to the ferry which was a nice thing to do. So can't thank Louise enough.

An absolute DISGRACE of a company

An absolute DISGRACE of a company. There is SO much I could write about their bullying tactics, threats, negligence and complete incompetence however I will focus on the main part of my complaint. After 4 years of 3 monthly inspections, and at each of these inspections, me bringing up the issue of rain literally POURING IN through my disabled son's bedroom window, nothing was ever done. Then low and behold 2.5 months before our tenancy was due to be renewed they wanted to send some builders round on a few days notice. Unfortunately I was due a serious operation on the date they insisted on, so I asked, politely if there was anyway another date could be arranged as 1. I wouldn't be there, 2. I had no where else for my child to sleep while the work was being done and 3. I would need to recover at home. The email I recieved in response was "just a heads up, your landlord doesn't want to renew your tenancy since you're being difficult". As you can imagine, this was extremely distressing to think that I was being punished for daring to ask for a bit of consideration! I was in floods of tears for days, worried and panicked that my family was going to be made homeless. I couldn't believe that after 4 years of being a reliable and honest tenant, that this had happened so I wrote a formal complaint to which I recieved a phone call a day later to say that then agent had infact, LIED about this and that in actual fact our landlord was selling the house!? So this girl, had lied, and threatened us with homelessness and let me believe it was my fault! I was so stressed my blood pressure went through the roof and my surgeon explained that I had to be calm as being so stressed and anxious could seriously affect thr op and my recovery. There is so much more I could say on the matter but the way they run their business is an absolute shambles! We were also threatened with the fact that our landlord is "friends with Mr beale himself" as to control our complaints!

Beal's provided an excellent service when we were selling one of our buy-to-let properties. Katie Healey, our Sales Progressor, was particularly helpful and efficient. It was a leasehold flat and the sale was constantly stalling due to the number of parties involved, and a difficult Freeholder. Katie kept us up to date with progress, chased constantly, provided really helpful advice and guidance and was integral in ensuring completion of the sale.

Dan and Olly were extremely helpful during the process of our recent house sale. Dan sent numerous emails every day towards the end of the transaction. Constantly pushing the process forward, due to the buyers solicitors being extremely slow and inefficient. What should have been an easy no chain transaction took 6 months, it would have been longer without Beales expertise. Thanks guys.
