GoogleDON'T answer e-mails relating to maintenance or rent issues. Constantly told to use an app for queries and messaging that NEVER works half the time. They have ZERO people skills when dealing with renting tenants and send out threatening letters if you fall into arrears. They lie about the properties, and some are no better than slums. GO ELSEWHERE.

FacebookI recently purchased my first property through Beals. The whole process was incredibly quick and smooth as everything was done in house, including the mortgage advisors and solicitors. I was especially impressed with the support and level of professionalism the whole team showed. They were really personable and had my best interest at heart throughout the process. I would throughly recommend Beals, and will definitely use them again in the future.

We were stuck abroad due to Covid travelling restrictions and we were waiting seven months to get back home. Jade helped us throughout this very stressful time organising cleaners, decorators and many deliveries into our flat. Jade even helped us with food deliveries so we could walk into our flat to self isolate for 10 days. We couldn’t have managed without her help. Jade and Beals have been absolutely wonderful.
