GoogleBought a property through them. Avoid at all costs. Aweful service from Shirley office nd not prepared to deal with queries that they missed on there inspection of property before advertising it. People we bought from left tons of rubbish Shirley office, not there responsibility. vwould highly recommend avoiding. You have been warned
Hi Tony, We are aware of your concerns and we are sorry to hear that the last owner did not leave the property in a vacant condition, however, this is not something the local team can be held accountable for. I would encourage you to contact your solicitor about any contractual requirement that may have existed for the previous owner to have ensure the property was presented clear on the day of completion. Regarding any inspection of the property, if you are referring to a structural or survey inspection, this would have been your responsibility as a buyer to arrange and finance prior to completion. GoogleScott from A&W has been Phenomenal, as has his team Jade, Manuel and Sarah. Buying and selling during a pandemic has taught me a lot about the EA world but these guys look after you. None of the nonsense we have experienced elsewhere. We almost pulled out, if not for Scott's intervention we would have. The whole team were proactive from the start, kept us informed and dealt with any issues that happened during the process. GoogleWould never go with these people as they lie to you they never keep you updated you always have to phone them they tell you that the owner wants a quick sale and 5 months down the line you are know better off
